Super excited & honored to have been invited to be a part of the third installment of Art Unbound. This show asks Columbus-based artists to create original artworks from books donated to Friends of the Library. This years theme asked us to respond to the themes within Thurber’s The Last Flower.

My interpretation was a fable of his parable. I used the soon to be discarded sheet music (mostly teaching materials & symphony) for the trees. This is the largest scale animal based piece I have done - & I couldn’t be more thrilled!
